Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5-8 years of related experience in HR transformation HR operations consulting or program delivery
- Demonstrated ownership of initiatives from strategy through execution
- Proven experience leading change management process design and transformation delivery
- Track record delivering integrated initiatives with stakeholder alignment dependency management and measurable outcomes
- Experience working within or closely alongside HR functions including HR Operations Talent Management or HR Technology
- Strong change management and stakeholder influence skills
- Structured problem-solver and systems thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong follow-through
- Familiarity with AI tools including generative AI workflow automation or digital assistants in HR or business operations
- Direct experience with Claude or Anthropic's platform preferred

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation initiatives from planning and design through implementation, delivering measurable outcomes and timely execution.
- Partner with HR, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into integrated action plans and aligned deliverables.
- Redesign and document HR processes, apply change management, and support AI-enabled workflow improvements to drive efficiency, consistency, and adoption.
