• Provide comprehensive HR support and employment law guidance to UK business owners
• Manage client relationships and offer tailored solutions
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and employee handbooks
• Advise on employment law compliance and matters such as redundancy and discrimination
• Lead HR projects for organisational development and change management
• Conduct disciplinary hearings and HR-related proceedings
• Occasional travel to client sites for consultations and project implementation
