Who you are

• Fluency in written and spoken Dutch desirable.
• Inhouse payroll experience on ADP Celergo in UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Netherlands.
• Degree in HR/Accounting desirable.
• Experience with using ADP Celergo and other HR platforms desired.
• Multi country payroll processing experience required.
• Excellent problem solving/judgment skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What the job involves

• Conduct monthly payrolls for Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and UK & Ireland using ADP Celergo and ensure accuracy.
• Manage payroll updates such as hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
• Administer the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now), manage employee data, and oversee the HelloTeams platform.
