Who you are

  • Highly experienced HR professional with a proven track record in generalist HR and organizational development
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification is essential
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, positively influence senior leaders, and collaborate across the business
  • Highly organized and capable of leading multiple workstreams, identifying interdependencies, and streamlining processes
  • Experienced leader with a focus on team vision, objectives, engagement, and development



What the job involves

  • Partnering with Network Strategy and Delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of the new network strategy
  • Leading a small team of HR Project and Change Managers in planning for the people element of the network strategy
  • Developing strategic workforce plans aligned to the network strategy
