Who you are
Highly experienced HR professional with a proven track record in generalist HR and organizational development
CIPD Level 7 qualification is essential
Ability to think creatively and strategically, positively influence senior leaders, and collaborate across the business
Highly organized and capable of leading multiple workstreams, identifying interdependencies, and streamlining processes
Experienced leader with a focus on team vision, objectives, engagement, and development
What the job involves
Partnering with Network Strategy and Delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of the new network strategy
Leading a small team of HR Project and Change Managers in planning for the people element of the network strategy
Developing strategic workforce plans aligned to the network strategy
