Adapt to the changing needs of the business in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Drive and lead departmental change management supporting other HR projects
Conduct regular meetings with business leaders providing HR advice and staying updated on employment laws and regulations
Support Generalists and People Operations Specialists on HR processes and policies creation and implementation
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
Assist in organizational design to increase productivity and improve business performance
Partner with the business to identify and develop key talent ensuring succession planning for critical roles
Provide suggestions for culture-related initiatives driving action plans to reduce attrition and increase engagement
Solve conflicts and facilitating positive employee relations to maintain a positive working environment
Utilize people data and metrics to identify trends anticipate business needs and develop action plans
Promote the adoption of technology and continuous improvement for an insight-focused approach
Support the effective resolution of complex employee relations cases in partnership with Generalists
