As the founding HR Business Partner at Metronome, you will work closely with our leadership and management teams to influence HR programs and initiatives from day 1.
You will provide strategic input and advice on organizational strategy and development, performance management, coaching, and development.
Balance competing short-term priorities with long-term strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
