Who you are

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in ambiguous situations with autonomy
  • HR experience in a tech start-up or high-growth company
  • Advising executive leadership on talent and employment matters
  • Experience with core HR domains such as performance management, organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations
  • 7+ years of HRBP experience
  • Providing HR business partnerships to technical and go-to-market teams
  • Driving change management in a rapidly scaling environment
  • Identifying, designing, and deploying HR interventions
  • Superb executive communication skills



What the job involves

  • As the founding HR Business Partner at Metronome, you will work closely with our leadership and management teams to influence HR programs and initiatives from day 1.
  • You will provide strategic input and advice on organizational strategy and development, performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Balance competing short-term priorities with long-term strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
