What the job involves

  • Work alongside the Head of People to drive a positive, engaged and high-performance culture within the division
  • Work in true partnership with our Gym Operations Leadership team
  • Drive workforce planning with an 'internal first' approach
  • Analyse engagement plans and establish a 'you said, we did' approach
  • Anticipate and address wellbeing needs within Gym Ops
  • Build strong relationships with divisional and regional leaders
  • Educate and advise managers on key people topics
  • Handle escalated complex employee relations cases
