Who you are

• Proven experience in HR partnering within a complex organisation with multiple disciplines
• Ability to manage and prioritise complex workloads in a fast growing and fast paced environment
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and advising on HR issues
• Proficient in IT software such as Microsoft packages with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure strict deadlines and comfortable with frequent travel across the country managing your own diary

• M&A and TUPE experience
• CIPD level 5
• Confident communicator
• Professional approach
• Full UK driving licence

What the job involves

• Build solid relationships to understand individual business challenges and support effectively with day-to-day HR matters and overall HR strategy
• Manage casework and projects with a focus on disciplinsaries appeals grievances and sickness absence
• Coach support and challenge managers in HR policies and practices promoting best practices and minimising risk and financial exposure
