  • 7+ years in HRIT or HR solution architecture
  • Familiarity with HR global best practices
  • Ability to translate business needs into process design and logic
  • Experience supporting initiative screening planning and execution
  • Knowledge of enterprise and domain architecture
  • Valid Swedish work permit
  • Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship
