- Experience in scaling a business or growth is highly beneficial

Day to day
- Set up and lead the People & Culture function for a volunteer workforce
- Define and implement volunteer policies processes and procedures from scratch
- Partner with senior management to shape people strategy culture and growth
- Develop recruitment onboarding appraisal training and succession planning systems
- Provide HR advice manage volunteer relations and support organisational transformation
