Who you are

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist (5+ years) with success in executing a broad range of HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Coordinate onboarding and training initiatives, assisting new hires to integrate smoothly into the company.

  • Develop and implement human resource policies, oversee employee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Organize employee performance reviews, maintain accurate and complete employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations across multiple states.
