What the job involves

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering
• Handle employee processes from onboarding to offboarding, including contract management and exit procedures
• Liaise with external HR vendors, ensuring contracts and services are effectively managed
• Keep employee records up to date to ensure data integrity
• Track and analyze key HR metrics, provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making
• Support the administration of learning and development programs
• Coordinate training sessions and help manage career development initiatives
• Assist in the performance review process
• Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives
• Contribute to improving HR policies, processes, and the overall employee experience
