    What the job involves

    • Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings reviewing resumes conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews
    • Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by helping to organize events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture
    • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
    • Support HR team members in conducting employee training sessions and workshops
    • Assist with drafting and updating HR policies procedures and documentation
    • Contribute to projects related to performance management employee feedback and professional development
    • Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees and provide appropriate guidance
    • Collaborate with team members on various HR-related tasks and projects as needed
    • Gain exposure to HR compliance including employment laws and regulations
