What the job involves
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle including benefits administration payroll processing onboarding and offboarding activities
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws while assisting in the development and enforcement of HR policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Provide support to the Recruiter in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits
- Handle administrative tasks including procurement employee scheduling document management and expense reimbursements
