Who you are

• Currently enrolled in a masters degree program (HR/IR, MBA program, I/O Psychology)
• A proven academic record with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Prior experience working in HR teams and taking on leadership roles
• Strong desire to learn and grow as an HR leader
• Prior leadership experience through clubs, projects, or other initiatives
• Experience with Financial literacy and ability to navigate complex business environments
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills is preferred
• Excellent communication
• Interpersonal and presentation skills is preferred
