Currently enrolled in a masters degree program (HR/IR, MBA program, I/O Psychology)
A proven academic record with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Prior experience working in HR teams and taking on leadership roles
Strong desire to learn and grow as an HR leader
Prior leadership experience through clubs, projects, or other initiatives
Experience with Financial literacy and ability to navigate complex business environments
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills is preferred
