Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Information Systems Analytics or related field
- 5+ years of HR Operations HRIS Workforce Analytics or related experience
- Strong ADP Workforce Now administration and optimization experience
- Advanced Power BI reporting and workforce analytics capabilities
- Experience supporting organizational growth transformation or M&A activity a plus
- Strong project management process design and change management skills
- Lean Six Sigma PMP Agile or related certification a plus
- Experience within life sciences biotechnology pharmaceutical medical device or other regulated industries preferred

Day to day
- Own and administer the HRIS ecosystem to improve HR operations and employee experience
- Lead configuration optimization testing and deployment of HRIS enhancements and performance management tools
- Build workforce dashboards executive reports and analytics to support planning compliance and leadership decisions
