What the job involves

• Work in partnership with L&D, Talent & Workday COEs and HRBPs
• Provide an excellent customer centric service to people and managers
• Enhance HR processes for effective and efficient HR operations
• Produce employment contracts
• Liaise with onboarding candidates and manage pre-employment screening
• Maintain employee records and collate data for payroll
• Ensure HR data accuracy and manage leave balance within systems
• Responsible for benefits administration
