Who you are
- Minimum 2 years in the contingent workforce area or equivalent experience
- Staffing agency, corporate recruiting, or managed service provider experience
- Excellent communication skills: speaking, writing, and presenting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with little supervision
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or vendor management systems
- Prefer prior experience with VNDLY and Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP)
- Strong change management, process management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Coach, train, and assist hiring managers and suppliers on SOPs
What the job involves
- Coach, train, and assist hiring managers and vendor suppliers on standard operating procedures
- Manage vendor management and applicant tracking systems
- Resolve escalated issues from contractors, managers, and vendors
- Create supplier scorecards, quarterly data, and regular reporting requests
- Develop and implement marketing materials to build brand awareness
