Who you are

  • Minimum 2 years in the contingent workforce area or equivalent experience
  • Staffing agency, corporate recruiting, or managed service provider experience
  • Excellent communication skills: speaking, writing, and presenting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with little supervision
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or vendor management systems
  • Prefer prior experience with VNDLY and Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP)
  • Strong change management, process management, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Reporting and metrics-driven
  • Coach, train, and assist hiring managers and suppliers on SOPs



What the job involves

  • Coach, train, and assist hiring managers and vendor suppliers on standard operating procedures
  • Manage vendor management and applicant tracking systems
  • Resolve escalated issues from contractors, managers, and vendors
  • Create supplier scorecards, quarterly data, and regular reporting requests
  • Develop and implement marketing materials to build brand awareness
