Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in HR generalist or employee relations work preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws

  • Experience with compensation analysis and pay equity
  • Experience supporting performance management and succession planning
  • Ability to partner with managers and leadership

Day to day

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues, investigations, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct compliance audits, uphold employment law requirements, and help shape practical HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze compensation, engagement, turnover, performance, and hiring data to deliver actionable insights and support workforce planning.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, development plans, succession planning, change management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with talent acquisition and HR systems teams to improve hiring, onboarding, reporting, automation, and overall HR efficiency.
