Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in HR generalist or employee relations work preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws

- Experience with compensation analysis and pay equity
- Experience supporting performance management and succession planning
- Ability to partner with managers and leadership

Day to day
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues, investigations, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct compliance audits, uphold employment law requirements, and help shape practical HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze compensation, engagement, turnover, performance, and hiring data to deliver actionable insights and support workforce planning.
- Coach leaders on performance management, development plans, succession planning, change management, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with talent acquisition and HR systems teams to improve hiring, onboarding, reporting, automation, and overall HR efficiency.
