Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience

- Experience supporting performance management and succession planning

Day to day
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, investigations, and policy interpretation.
- Support compensation reviews, job leveling, pay equity analysis, and benefits guidance while partnering with leaders on workforce planning.
- Analyze HR data and trends to improve retention, performance management, succession planning, onboarding, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive HR process improvements, compliance audits, and change management initiatives using HR systems and automation to increase efficiency.
