Requirements
- CIPD Level 6 or higher
- 5+ years HR experience
- Delivery or assessment experience preferred
- English and Maths Level 2 or willingness to gain

Day to day
- Deliver engaging HR apprenticeship learning that is interactive and hands-on
- Bring HR theory to life through practical examples and real-world application
- Coach and mentor apprentices to become confident and capable HR professionals
- Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders while supporting programme growth
- Lead innovation in apprenticeship delivery and help shape organisational change
