Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talentSource and screen candidates using various channelsConduct interviews and assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needsManage job postings and effectively utilize job boards and social media for recruitmentBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesManage candidate interactions and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hiresEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsParticipate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talentMonitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIsContribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and proceduresStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitmentProvide timely and effective communication to all stakeholdersManage and update candidate databases and recruitment systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven work experience as a Recruiter or similar roleDemonstrable experience with full-cycle recruitingProficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systemsStrong understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent networking and sourcing skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyProven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlinesStrategic and creative thinking in recruitment approachesHigh level of professionalism and ethical standardsKeen attention to detail and accuracyCertification in HR or Recruitment is a plus
