Who you are
Consulting experience is REQUIRED with a minimum of 5 years managing a book of clients
Must have extensive experience in multi-state payroll on platforms such as ADP Paylocity Paycor
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/business operational technology tools
Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Solid foundation of HR knowledge in employment laws and practices
Certified as PHR or SPHR preferred

What the job involves
Oversees and coordinates payroll administration
Manages multi-state payroll and related activities
Performs benefits administration including enrollments and terminations
Administers COBRA ADA FMLA Unemployment and Works Compensation
Develops and communicates HR policies and procedures
Manages employee relations issues and develops productive solutions
Provides onboarding and employee assistance
Partners with accounting to generate invoices and monitor receivables
