- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 6 years of relevant work experience
- Solid experience with HRIS systems including configuration testing reporting and maintenance
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Workday configuration and testing
- Strong project management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting over 5000 employees

What the job involves
- Support and maintain global HRIS and other systems
- Act as technical point of contact for multiple functional areas
- Ensure data integrity and system security among all supported SAP SuccessFactors Modules
- Write custom reports and maintain a variety of queries
- Manage and support system releases and upgrades
- Participate in application implementation projects and process improvements
- Communicate system enhancements to stakeholders and provide sufficient training
