Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field preferred
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday functional configuration experience across multiple HCM modules
- Experience with Workday security configuration business process framework management and reporting architecture
- Proven experience managing Workday release cycles including regression testing UAT and unit testing
- Advanced Workday reporting expertise including calculated fields and dashboards
- Experience performing mass data uploads using EIB and troubleshooting system issues
- Strong understanding of HR operations processes and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting multi-country employee populations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a lean fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion handling sensitive employee data

Day to day
- Serve as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Workday across core HCM modules and reporting
- Configure business processes security roles condition rules notifications calculated fields and validation controls to support HR operations
- Design advanced dashboards reports and workforce analytics while partnering with HR Finance Payroll and IT to deliver scalable solutions
