Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of hands-on Workday functional configuration experience across multiple HCM modules
  • Experience with Workday security configuration business process framework management and reporting architecture
  • Proven experience managing Workday release cycles including regression testing UAT and unit testing
  • Advanced Workday reporting expertise including calculated fields and dashboards
  • Experience performing mass data uploads using EIB and troubleshooting system issues
  • Strong understanding of HR operations processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting multi-country employee populations preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a lean fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion handling sensitive employee data

Day to day

  • Serve as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Workday across core HCM modules and reporting
  • Configure business processes security roles condition rules notifications calculated fields and validation controls to support HR operations
  • Design advanced dashboards reports and workforce analytics while partnering with HR Finance Payroll and IT to deliver scalable solutions
