  • Hands-on expertise across at least two HubSpot areas including CRM Marketing Hub Sales Hub Service Hub or Data Hub
  • Strong client communication skills for workshops presentations and relationship building
  • Process and systems mindset focused on workflows and efficiency
  • Ability to own projects end to end in a fast-moving environment

Day to day

  • Own client implementations from discovery through build training and optimisation
  • Design HubSpot solutions including object structures automation flows and reporting frameworks
  • Lead client workshops audits and recommendations that solve real business problems
  • Build and optimise HubSpot assets including workflows data imports reporting and integrations
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and specialists while contributing ideas to improve services and processes
