- 5+ years of project management experience ideally in CRM SaaS digital agency or marketing operations
- Direct experience managing HubSpot implementations strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM systems workflows automation and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with precision
- Experience tracking scope billable hours and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Highly proactive mindset with strong accountability
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite Google platform and AI-driven tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States throughout employment
- Must be able to work traditional business hours in Central Time
