Day to day
- Lead HR Workday Analyst work closely with HR business teams to gather and refine requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories process flows and functional solutions
- Design and support Workday Extend custom applications and contribute to testing and UAT
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at different business levels and help guide decisions
- Use analytical thinking and visual tools such as PowerPoint process maps and wireframes to present solutions
