Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic performance
- Up to 3 years related experience in a complex fast paced high-volume business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools with advanced Excel skills desirable
- Experience with employee management systems such as Workday and HR technologies preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High ownership detail orientation and teamwork
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work across North American and European time zones with occasional travel

Day to day
- Support onboarding and integration for new hires globally with a focus on campus early career and intern hires
- Coordinate learning and professional development logistics including invitations pre-work attendance tracking and feedback surveys
- Administer employee life cycle tasks such as HRIS updates performance management support and tuition reimbursement tracking
- Maintain intranet onboarding platform and learning systems while partnering across departments and handling confidential employee records
