Day to day

  • Support onboarding and integration for new hires globally with a focus on campus early career and intern hires
  • Coordinate learning and professional development logistics including invitations pre-work attendance tracking and feedback surveys
  • Administer employee life cycle tasks such as HRIS updates performance management support and tuition reimbursement tracking
  • Maintain intranet onboarding platform and learning systems while partnering across departments and handling confidential employee records
