- Support in organizing and updating employee records and HR databases
- Aid in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in conducting research on HR best practices and compliance regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction
- Gain exposure to various aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR compliance
- Work closely with HR professionals to learn about the day-to-day operations of an HR department and contribute to its success
