- Assist the HR Director with day-to-day operations and project management.
- Update HR databases handle document amendments and maintain accurate records.
- Support recruitment efforts conduct reference checks and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and act as a liaison for resolving issues.
- Assist in drafting communications and coordinating events for the company.
