- Experience in similar HR position and supporting multiple sites
- CIPD qualified with Chartered Membership status
- Experience in HR business partnering and relationship building
- Ability to work under pressure, plan, coordinate, and prioritize activities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Work with Managing Directors and Leadership teams to deliver HR solutions
- Lead and deliver people plan for the Caterfood Buying Group
- Support key business change by promoting success-driving behaviors
- Collaborate with HR team and internal recruitment team
