  • 5+ years of relevant work experience including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends, and reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and understand trends
  • Ability to influence through strong relationships, expertise, and data
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

  • HR designation preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Multisite healthcare HR experience

Day to day

  • Solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions and serve as part of a leadership team to understand business needs.
  • Design and execute human capital strategy to drive the business to meet its goals.
