Who you are
- Requires a BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends, and reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and understand trends
- Ability to influence through strong relationships, expertise, and data
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Desirables
- HR designation preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Multisite healthcare HR experience
