Who you are
Demonstrated experience providing support on projects and deliverables, including creating project plans, tracking activities and milestones, and supporting team members to complete tasks and other outputs
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and develop strong and trusting relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Ability to conduct applied research, distilling complex information into accessible content
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and information
Strong comfort level with technology that enables collaboration and engagement in a remote work environment
Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
Collaborative team player across multiple project teams with a demonstrated desire to learn and continuously improve
Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage high-pressure situations
Experience leading or coordinating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging programming is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-2 years in a Human Resources role

What the job involves
Manage project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Provide communications support for client engagements, both for the internal team and serving as a central point of contact with clients
Conduct research to support project objectives and deliverables, including data gathering, market studies, and analysis of industry trends
Provide planning and logistical support for virtual programs and workshops with clients, including administering virtual meeting and event tools
Actively participate in internal initiatives to enhance the consulting team's capabilities and promote best practices across the firm
