Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
1-2 years’ experience in an HR department
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Knowledge of HRIS (ADP preferred) and ability to learn new technical systems
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse

What the job involves
Lead or assist with important HR functions such as onboarding new employees, HRIS management, answering employee inquiries, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations
Maintain employee records, communicate changes, and ensure compliance with local and national regulations
Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Support talent acquisition with job postings, candidate interviews, offer letters, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Collaborate with accounting on payroll processing and address employee inquiries
