Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an HR department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Knowledge of HRIS (ADP preferred) and ability to learn new technical systems
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of national and state laws and regulations related to employment

What the job involves

  • Lead or assist with important HR functions such as onboarding new employees, HRIS management, answering employee inquiries, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations
  • Maintain employee records, communicate changes, and ensure compliance with local and national regulations
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Support talent acquisition with job postings, candidate interviews, offer letters, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Collaborate with accounting on payroll processing and address employee inquiries
