Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development
Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Proficient in using training software and tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Desirables
Professional certification in Human Resources or Training and Development
Experience with virtual and remote training delivery
Knowledge of performance management systems and career development frameworks
Paycom experience
Able to work Central or Mountain standard hours
What the job involves
Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance workforce skills and capabilities
Conducting engaging training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques
Assisting in the creation and management of career development plans and succession planning
Supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
