Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in using training software and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to have

  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Training and Development
  • Experience with virtual and remote training delivery
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and career development frameworks
  • Paycom experience
  • Able to work Central or Mountain standard hours

Day to day

  • Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance workforce skills and capabilities
  • Conducting engaging training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques
  • Assisting in the creation and management of career development plans and succession planning
