Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficient in using training software and tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to have
- Professional certification in Human Resources or Training and Development
- Experience with virtual and remote training delivery
- Knowledge of performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Paycom experience
- Able to work Central or Mountain standard hours
Day to day
- Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance workforce skills and capabilities
- Conducting engaging training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques
- Assisting in the creation and management of career development plans and succession planning
- Supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
