What the job involves

• Enhance HR functions, enforce company policies and practices
• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
• Review, track, and document compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for open positions
• Maintain and implement the performance review process
• Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Plan and prepare company events, meetings, and employee recognition events
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Provide HR metrics and perform other HR duties as assigned
