What the job involves
- Analyzes develops implements and maintains the Colleague’s Human Resources Information Systems for corporate and field locations
- Ensures technology solutions are integrated into the long-term HR technology plan
- Analyzes users' HR system needs and recommends system enhancements
- Resolves problems prepares system documentation and provides user training
- Consults with users to determine and analyze technology requirements and system needs
- Works on PeopleSoft HRMS application and provides project planning and HRMS configuration
- Oversees the transfer of data from facilities and third-party programs to centralized HR data base
- Acts as a liaison to software vendors HR IT and Payroll staff for system problem resolution
- Designs codes and creates procedures for interface between HR Payroll and third-party vendors and systems
- Develops and maintains system customization documentation and delivers HRIS related process documentation and training
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as directed
