Day to day

  • Analyzes develops implements and maintains the Colleague’s Human Resources Information Systems for corporate and field locations
  • Ensures technology solutions are integrated into the long-term HR technology plan
  • Analyzes users' HR system needs and recommends system enhancements
  • Resolves problems prepares system documentation and provides user training
  • Consults with users to determine and analyze technology requirements and system needs
  • Works on PeopleSoft HRMS application and provides project planning and HRMS configuration
  • Oversees the transfer of data from facilities and third-party programs to centralized HR data base
  • Acts as a liaison to software vendors HR IT and Payroll staff for system problem resolution
  • Designs codes and creates procedures for interface between HR Payroll and third-party vendors and systems
  • Develops and maintains system customization documentation and delivers HRIS related process documentation and training
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as directed
