What the job involves

• Attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with Belle Muse's core values.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop competency tests and interview protocols, manage the shortlisting of candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Develop and manage the onboarding process, set up new hires in company systems and tools, and coordinate with direct managers to ensure smooth role-specific onboarding.
• Establish and maintain a structured performance management system, develop clear performance metrics to track employee progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Implement feedback systems and facilitate regular and structured feedback sessions.
• Oversee payroll calculations and ensure timely payments.
• Develop and manage a formal exit process and ensure smooth offboarding.
• Identify opportunities for career growth and development for team members.
