  • Lead end-to-end HR Operations projects from scoping through implementation and stabilization, ensuring clear plans and measurable outcomes
  • Design and implement scalable HR processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and team member experience while reducing manual effort
  • Partner across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business teams to align stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver practical operational solutions
