- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Talent Management Workforce Planning Program Management or a related area

- Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
