- 1 to 3+ years HR experience in retail with high-volume recruitment preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills
- Familiar with ESA UK Human Rights Act and related employment laws

Day to day
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through interviews reference checks and offers
- Support high-volume hiring using varied sourcing channels and close collaboration with store managers
- Handle onboarding offboarding and employee relations while maintaining HR compliance and HRIS records
