What the job involves
The HR Specialist is primarily focused on supporting and executing functions that enhance the candidate to employee experience and journey. They are responsible for administering various HR systems, processes, and functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR Compliance. This role requires high levels of organizational effectiveness, strong communication skills, and professionalism.
They contribute to recruitment and staffing efforts by managing assigned roles, sourcing and identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They also provide coaching to hiring managers and interviewers.
In terms of onboarding, the HR Specialist facilitates the process from start to finish, maintains accurate records in HRIS, communicates employee and candidate transactions, and addresses routine issues. HR Support tasks include supporting new and existing workflows and projects as assigned.
