Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must hold at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13 in federal service
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance required.
Day to day
- Serve as a senior HR Specialist managing internal audits and supporting policy development
- Collaborate with leadership to conduct studies and evaluate HR programs
- Update and maintain Agency-wide HR policies and guide the management on human capital issues.
