Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Finance Information Systems or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in analytical support within HR or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with Power BI as a plus.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Vision preferred.
- Strong attention to detail critical thinking problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to adapt to various regulations and policies and ensure compliance.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new systems.

Day to day
- Develop tools and techniques to analyze and report on HR programs.
- Serve as a go-to expert for HR data reporting and optimization.
- Administer and maintain HR systems ensuring data integrity and functionality.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and develop effective integrations.
- Develop documentation and train new users ensuring successful change implementation.
