Requirements

  • Experience managing complex client money reconciliations in an insurance broking environment
  • Experience with CASS 5 and FCA Client Money regulations
  • Strong understanding of IBA procedures
  • Knowledge of Acturis and other broking systems desirable
  • Ability to produce accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Day to day

  • Manage client money reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with accuracy and care
  • Proactively reduce unallocated cash by investigating queries and driving issue resolution
  • Support credit control, audits, documentation and FCA client money compliance across franchise offices
