 Create and execute marketing campaigns for the brands within agreed timescales to identify new leads and attract new customers in order to meet the strategic marketing objectives.  Engage with your stakeholders to manage projects and campaigns to ensure deadlines are met.  In collaboration with the wider Marketing function understand the core proposition to oversee campaign content creation including design copywriting and proofing.  Track the success of campaigns ensuring they stay within budget while suggesting improvements where appropriate.  Use your analytical skills to evaluate the impact of marketing activities and build on successes or learn from failures.  Identify opportunities to enhance the marketing offering to stakeholders.  Share best practice within your team and serve as a role model.  Remain updated on market trends across both retail and wholesale insurance spaces.  Liaise with external agencies on agreed campaigns when appropriate.  Ensure adherence to the Group’s brand guidelines at all times.
