  • Ability to support Medicare-eligible and dual-eligible customers with empathy clarity and compliance

Day to day

  • Support Medicare customers with empathetic guidance across multiple carriers while maintaining strict compliance.
  • Explain plan benefits coverage details claims questions and eligibility issues in clear easy-to-understand language.
  • Partner with sales carrier and internal teams to resolve enrollment disenrollment plan changes and customer concerns efficiently.
