Requirements
- Active resident Health Insurance License for state of residence
- 2+ years in a virtual or remote environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime nights and weekends
- 2+ years navigating multiple computer systems tools and screens simultaneously
- 2+ years of Medicare customer service and/or Medicare sales experience
- Ability to understand explain and compare Medicare plans and benefits across multiple carriers
- Ability to support Medicare-eligible and dual-eligible customers with empathy clarity and compliance
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Call center experience
- High-volume support experience
- Salesforce experience
- Multi-carrier Medicare background

Day to day
- Support Medicare customers with empathetic guidance across multiple carriers while maintaining strict compliance.
- Explain plan benefits coverage details claims questions and eligibility issues in clear easy-to-understand language.
- Partner with sales carrier and internal teams to resolve enrollment disenrollment plan changes and customer concerns efficiently.
