  • Experience in implementing or supporting software
  • Ability to take decisions and execute action plans
  • Numerate with some understanding of P&L and revenue recognition
  • Quick to pick up and apply new knowledge
  • Strong skills in Windows & Windows Server
  • Good understanding of data structures like SQL and XML
  • Networking knowledge
  • Programming knowledge
  • Web-based applications
  • Microsoft IIS
  • CNC machine tool experience
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve complex client issues
  • Clear written and oral communication skills

What the job involves

  • Deliver responsive implementations of our products in a timely manner along with exceptional support services
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and challenges to avoid impact to customers and delivery times
  • Establish close working relationships with the wider professional services, development, sales, support teams, and 3rd party suppliers to ensure all aspects of our projects are delivered in line with customer expectations
