Requirements
- 3+ years in technical implementation integration engineering or solutions engineering within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience configuring LMS integrations LTI 1.1 or LTI 1.3 across Canvas Moodle Blackboard or Brightspace
- Strong working knowledge of SSO protocols and identity federation including SAML OIDC ADFS Entra ID Shibboleth and LDAP
- Experience working with RESTful APIs Microsoft Graph and integration middleware
- Ability to troubleshoot across network authentication API and application layers
- Confident communicator able to work directly with customer IT teams and explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience writing technical documentation SOPs or runbooks
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects across different time zones
- Self-directed structured and able to prioritise work effectively in a remote-first team

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations for new and existing customers, configuring environments and validating go-live readiness.
- Design, deliver and troubleshoot LMS, SSO and API integrations across multiple education platforms and identity systems.
- Create scalable SOPs, runbooks and handover documentation while improving implementation processes for repeatable delivery.
- Work directly with customer IT teams and internal stakeholders to manage risks, migrations, decommissioning and knowledge transfer.
